Fordi erasõitjad on varemgi Pirelli rehve kasutanud. M-sport ei dikteeri erasõitjatele ette mis rehve nad tohivad kasutada.

Mudased tingimused peaks Markko seisukohalt just head olema, kuna nüüd ei kaota ta kuigi palju aega teerulli mängides. Samas mina ei mäleta küll sellist Kreeka rallit kus teed mudased on, aga no eks ma alles noor rallifänn ka.

Pirelli rehve kasutab ka Manfred Stohl, seda siis ainukesena Bozian Racingu meeskonnas.

Reconnaissance (second day)
Today was the second and final day for the reconnaissance of the crews. After recce the crews will proceed to the shakedown and they’ll complete the day this afternoon with the ceremonial start and the first run of the super-special stage at Lilaia.

Petter Solberg: Everything looks quite good. It’s quite muddy on the stages, but it’s drying now. It’s a very strange weather down here. Anyway, I’m well prepared so it will be interesting. If it rains it will very much affect the stages.

Carlos Sainz: The reconnaissance is going fine. The stages are not affected so far by the weather, but everything will depend on what will happened during the rally. The new stages are good.

Sebastien Loeb: It’s going well at the moment. We will see now at the shakedown. Today its going better, it’s not raining so it is OK. Being first on the road tomorrow is going to be some problem because there is some gravel on the stages, so we’ll lose some time.

Marcus Gronholm: Everything is OK. We are near to the finish now, just two more stages. The new stage (Strifaka) is quite narrow but the surface is good, so nothing to complain about.

Harri Rovanpera: The reconnaissance is going well, we haven’t had any problems and we are just waiting to start the rally. The new stages are quite narrow and fast, they will be interesting as last stages. The rally in total is similar to last year, a little bit narrower.

Markko Martin: The reconnaissance is going OK so far. If it rains during the rally then it can be very tricky. Although I don’t think yesterday’s rain affected the stages too much. If it rains in the rally then it is going to be bad.

Dani Sola: It’ OK, there are new stages. Strifaka, is a nice stage, with a lot of jumps but it is quite a difficult one. I think the weather hasn’t affected the stages too much. My notes, compared to those for the Group N, are more or less the same with some differences on whether to cut or not in a curve. What is important now, is to understand the car and step by step improve the speed.

Toni Gardemeister: The stages are in better condition compared to last year. Yesterday it was raining and some stages were very slippery.

Armin Schwarz: The reconnaissance is going good so far, only the timetable is heavy, putting everything to it yesterday and today, it has nothing to do with rally any more.

Aris Vovos: Everything is OK. Although it rained yesterday, the stages are in good condition. The stages are difficult and the new one (Strifaka) is quite difficult, with many jumps and crests, the slightest mistake could mean disaster. In general the rally is good. The super-special stage has the same problems as last year.

Aga minul on ralliradadele naasvasse Škodasse usku. Kohe on selline tunne, et mitsudele teevad ära - ja seda ilmselt nii kiiruselt kui vastupidavuselt. Vähemalt loodan küll seda, sest siis vast lootust, et tõepoolest järgmisel aastal suudavad tippudele veidi kandadele astuda.
