eelmine aasta sai käidud, algul oli plaan telkima minna kuhugi aga siis sai kaks meeldivat asja yhendatud 
. osa rallist oli kyll väga huvitaval maastikul , täpselt nagu lõuna - eesti 
. samas teiselpool talsit oli väga igav , laiad sirged kruusateed. see aasta pidi asi teistsugune olema , eks näis. aga plaani on võetud kyll minek .

Dear friends,
I am glad to inform that also this year BTA Rally Talsi will be Rally of the Champions. We will have at least four actual group N4 champions in Talsi from Latvia (Aivis Egle), Lithuania (Ramunas Capkauskas), Sweden (Jocke Nyman) and Norway (Andreas Mikkelsen). We still hope to see Ott Tanak and other strong drivers in Talsi.

Also, we have published Rally Guide - you can find useful information there about accommodation and other things.
As I understand, there is some questions about City stage? Unfortunately this year we cannot make it, since there are road works in Talsi, but we will have parallel super special stage, that should be interesting enough.

BTA Rally Talsi entertainment programm is now published
As in the previous year the organizers of “BTA Rally Talsi” are planning the Rally in a way to ensure that spectators can attend as much sections as possible. From nine sections it will be possible to attend seven without any rush.
As for the second year already the rally conception is changed and it has become an event for the whole family, the organizers are paying major attention to the recreation possibilities outside the rally track — during both rally days the spectators will be able to participate in different sporty activities organized in the Talsi centre.
Saturday, 15th May
* 9.00-21.00 Attractions of the Latvian Bungee Jumping Club for the whole family in the Talsi City CentreNext to the attractions of the Latvian Bungee Jumping Club – Treats Market.
* 9.00-13.00 The Grand Finale of the competition organized by the Latvian Bungee Jumping Club for grownups in three disciplines (“StarFM 360o Swings”, “ BTA Rodeo” and “Grand Prix”) – contest for prizes (until then – qualification and selection of best “sportsmen”)
* 11.00-14.00 Orienteering competition for the rally spectators – “Get to Know Talsi!” (Registration at 10.00)
* 9.00-17.00 Go-kart track with Karlīne Štāla (upon request of the participants the working hours may be prolonged)
* 15.00 Opening of Rally in the Open-air Stage Sauleskalns (Rally start)
* 15.38 special stage LaKalme1
* 15.56 special stage LaKalme2
* 20.31 Super special stage BTA Show No1 (Stadium of the Talsi 2nd Secondary School)
* 21.26 Super special stage BTA Show No 2 (Stadium of the Talsi 2nd Secondary School) – parallel track
Before the BTA Show the performance of the street gymnasts as well as performances of the mototrial sportsmen are envisaged.
* 23.00 Concert of the group ”Gain Fast” in the Open-air Stage Sauleskalns
* 00.00 Concert of the group „Dzelzs vilks” with the open-air programme in the Open-air Stage Sauleskalns
