Minu teada kuulub volvo Ford motor companyle, ehk vaevalt nad praegu WRC sarjaga liituma hakkavad. WTCC auto oli see, mida Volvo testis. S2000 on sarnane S2000 autoga, mootor sama ,kuid ülekanded teised ja kaheratta vedu, enamasti esivedu (BMW nt küll ka tagaveoline).Rainy kirjutas:Palju neid S2000 projekte siis juba on?

Rando kirjutas:RM'i andmetel tuuakse Opel Corsa S2000 rajale nullauto kujul juba Saksamaa MM-etapiks. Rooli taha istub igipõline Opeli-guru Horst Rotter.
Skoda omakorda plaanid augustikuus toimuvaks Barum-Rallye'ks rajale saata nullautona Fabia S2000 viimase evo. versiooni.
võib juhtuda, et corsa s2000 ei saa saksamaa mm-ralliks valmis. Vaja on üle kontrollida iga detail ning testisõitudeks jagub vaid 2-3 päeva.

Praeguste kuulduste kohaselt tuuakse Proton Satria S2000 rajale viimasel Euroopa meistrivõistluste etapil Prantsusmaal - d'Antibes Côte d'Azur rallil (17.-.19. oktoober). Sõitjaks on väidetavalt Bryan Bouffier, kes sel aastal Peugeot 207 S2000 roolis Poola meistrivõistlusi domineerinud on.

Pisut kõlakaid järgmise hooaja osas. racingworld.it kirjutab, et Bernando Sousa otsib endale järgmiseks aastaks sõiduvahendit ja kõne all on kas Evo X või Fabia S2000. Red Bull meeskonna teine liige Aigner võib samuti Fabia poole vaadata, siin mängib kindlasti ka oma osa tiimibossi Baumshlageri omaaegne koostöö Skodaga, Fabia WRC aegadel. Asjad võivad aga hoopis teistmoodi minna, kui Red Bull otsustab WRC's Citroeni kõrvale satelliittiimi, kus sõitjateks pakutakse Aignerit ja Ogieri. Aga see on hetkel vaid kuulujutt rõhutavad itaallased. Väidetavalt uurib hetkel juba lausa kümmekond hetke PWRC sõitjatest võimalust jätkata uuel hooajal Fabia S2000'ga, teiste hulgas ka Martin Prokop.
