Ulster ralli toimub 2-3 september ja on BRC kuues etapp. Mark Higginsil avaneb võimalus kindlustada endale BRC tiitel, kuid selleks peavad ka konkurendid ebaõnnestuma. Kohal on juba tuttavad BRC tipud. Matt Wilson on tagasi. Justin Dale teeb oma debüüdi Ford Fiesta s1600 autoga.

Ulster rally võitsid iirlased Eugene Donnely/Paul Kiely Toyota Corolla WRC-ga. Teed olid üsna rasked ja eksimusi oli päris palju. Muuhulgas käis rajalt väljas ka vahepeal rallit juhtinud Mark Higgins. Matt Wilson tegi tubli comebacki, saavutades isegi ühe katsevõidu.
