1 Solberg: We are pleased with our time in this
stage, especially because we have increased our
lead.
3 Loeb: It has not been good on the first
kilometres, then we were faster. We are going to
try and catch Marcus.
5 Gronholm: This is a long day, the gap is big
but anything can happen
4 Sainz: The special is long but not difficult.
Tyres OK. Problems because of the dust.
6 Rovanpera and 7 Martin: Problems because of
the dust.
8 Duval: I am satisfied, choice of tyres was
good.

the other drivers times.
3 Loeb: We caught Schwarz in the stage but we could
not see anything for a long time, and I dont know how
much time this will cost me.
5 Gronholm: Everything OK. Only one problem: I hurt
my legs after a big jump.
4 Sainz: Not happy with the car. Had to face a lot of
small problems.
6 Rovanpera: I hope to have a good race but I have
problems with the handling of the car.
7 Martin: We were just about to go into a tree, but
hopefully could avoid it at the last moment.
8 Duval: Engine stopped twice in the stage, I have lost
a lot of time.
16 Warmbold: Same traction problems than yesterday.
18 Henny Solberg: Its better than what I expected,
only handling problems in descent.
19 Navarra: Had to face dust problems when following
driver in front of him.
11 Schwarz: A lot of problems. Damaged the right side
of the car.
2 Hirvonen: I have forgotten yesterdays problems. I
can appreciate the roads today and do some testing.
12 Gardemeister: Times are improving.
70 Galli: It is going to be a long day. No major
problems on this stage. I am happy to lead Group N.

very slippery due to the sand
1 Solberg: Its easy to make mistakes, I have gained
8 on Loeb, when attacking in the last part of the stage.
4 Sainz: It was difficult due to the dust made by
Duvals car.
5 Gronholm: Turbo problems. Looses 23 minutes.
6 Rovanpera: Electronic problems. Retired.
8 Duval: I hurt something and damaged front right, I
lost the control of the car in a left fast curve.
16 Warmbold: We have not solved the differential
problems.
18 Solberg: Everything is OK today, but stage very
difficult and slippery.
19 Navarra: Everything OK, I started third but the road
was very dirty.
70 Galli: I thought the stage would never end.
